1. Certified Copy starts Friday, April 1 and runs for one week. The multi-national production was made in France by an award-winning Iranian director. The actors are French and English and dialogue in in English.

2. The Citrus Cel Animation Festival is coming to the Theatre April 8th to the 10th, with a wide variety of animated films, parties, contests and more. There’s a trailer for the festival here:

3. The groundbreaking environmental documentary Carbon Nation avoid the controversy around global climate change and instead focuses on ways to reduce our dependence on oil and other fossil fuels. It will be shown on April 11th, presented by the Green Building Council’s North Florida Chapter.
4. The original vampire film Nosferatu from 1922 will be screened April 12th and 13th, with a new live score by local musicians Tony Steve and Bob Moore.
Tony and Bob have done Nosferatu and other silent film scores before and have a wealth of information about the history of the films and the process of writing new music for them.
